All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Customers will receive an order confirmation email followed by a notification when their order is scheduled for delivery.
Delivery Options
Local Delivery: Items in stock are typically scheduled within 3-5 business days. On special orders, we will confirm with you the estimated arrival date.
Standard Shipping: Depending on supplier, many of our items are shipped to us within 10-14 days. For other items, we will confirm with you the expected arrival date.
White-Glove Delivery: For larger furniture pieces, we offer in-home delivery, room placement, and assembly (if applicable). Packaging materials will be removed for your convenience.
Delivery Fees
Does not include removal of old furniture.
Please inquire for same day delivery or deliveries outside our set schedule.
Delivery Scheduling
Our team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time.
Customers must ensure that doorways, hallways, and stairways are clear and accessible for delivery.
Missed Deliveries
If a scheduled delivery is missed, a re-delivery fee may apply. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect all items upon delivery. If you notice any damage or defect, notify the delivery team immediately and note it on the delivery receipt.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently only deliver within the United States. Some remote areas may not be eligible for delivery.
Returns on Delivered Items
Delivery fees are non-refundable. If you choose to return an item, return shipping or pickup costs will be deducted from your refund unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
