Delivery & Shipping Policy
Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Customers will receive an order confirmation email followed by a notification when their order is scheduled for delivery.

Delivery Options

  • Local Delivery: Items in stock are typically scheduled within 3-5 business days. On special orders, we will confirm with you the estimated arrival date. 
  • Standard Shipping: Depending on supplier, many of our items are shipped to us within 10-14 days. For other items, we will confirm with you the expected arrival date. 
  • White-Glove Delivery: For larger furniture pieces, we offer in-home delivery, room placement, and assembly (if applicable). Packaging materials will be removed for your convenience.

Delivery Fees

  • Does not include removal of old furniture. 
  • Please inquire for same day delivery or deliveries outside our set schedule. 

Delivery Scheduling

  • Our team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time.
  • Customers must ensure that doorways, hallways, and stairways are clear and accessible for delivery.

Missed Deliveries

  • If a scheduled delivery is missed, a re-delivery fee may apply. Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please inspect all items upon delivery. If you notice any damage or defect, notify the delivery team immediately and note it on the delivery receipt.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only deliver within the United States. Some remote areas may not be eligible for delivery. 

Returns on Delivered Items

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable. If you choose to return an item, return shipping or pickup costs will be deducted from your refund unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
